1. Shipping Zone

We currently ship worldwide.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping worldwide, unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion, product, or specific page.

The final shipping cost, if any, will always be shown before finalizing the purchase.

3. Order Preparation

Once payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing your order. Preparation time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, promotional campaigns, or periods of high demand.

The customer will receive a confirmation email after making the purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days from order confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances.

In some cases, products may be shipped from logistics centers, suppliers, or partners located worldwide. This may affect the delivery timeframe.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, transportation, periods of high demand, holidays, logistics incidents, or causes beyond our control.

5. Maximum Delivery Time

Unless a different timeframe is agreed upon with the customer, the order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of the contract.

If for any reason we cannot meet this deadline, we will inform the customer so they can decide whether to continue with the order or request cancellation with the corresponding refund.

6. Order Tracking

When the order is shipped and a tracking number is available, the customer will receive this information by email or through the methods available in the store.

Tracking may take several days to update from the moment the order is processed by the carrier.

7. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for entering the delivery address correctly. We recommend carefully reviewing name, street, number, apartment, postal code, city, region, phone number, and email before finalizing the purchase.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Undelivered Order or Incorrect Address

If an order cannot be delivered due to recipient absence, incorrect address, incomplete information, or failure to collect, the customer must contact us to review the case.

In case of reshipment, additional costs may apply if the issue is due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Transportation Incidents

If the order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with visible signs of tampering, the customer must contact us as soon as possible at hello@marialune.com, including:

  • Order number.
  • Full name.
  • Photographs of the received package.
  • Photographs of the affected product.
  • Description of the incident.

10. Customs, Taxes, or Additional Charges

For orders shipped worldwide, prices shown include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

If in any exceptional case there are additional charges associated with customs, import, or handling, the customer will be informed when applicable.
